Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about healthcare data, clinical workflows, and electronic health records (EHR). Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy, completeness, and practical relevance

Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data scenarios to identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs from AI models

Provide structured, expert feedback on AI responses covering topics like data pipelines, clinical reporting, and health information system performance

Review and assess AI-generated dashboards, reports, and recommendations for clinical and operational use cases





Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms

Strong analytical background including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting

Ability to evaluate technical and clinical content with precision and clarity

Comfortable working with both clinical and operational health data concepts

Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)

Background collaborating with clinical, IT, or operational stakeholders
