Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and medical data pipelines for accuracy and quality

Assess the performance of health information systems and provide structured, expert feedback

Prepare clear recommendations and evaluations that help AI systems better understand clinical and operational healthcare contexts

Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of healthcare and AI professionals





Work independently on task-based assignments on your own schedule Who You Are Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms

Strong analytical skills including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis

Ability to communicate complex healthcare data concepts clearly in writing

Comfortable evaluating information quality and providing structured, detailed feedback

Self-motivated and reliable with solid attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with health information standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding

Background in clinical informatics, public health, or health IT consulting
