About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Headmistress to lead the academic and day-to-day functioning of the school from Nursery to Grade 2. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to both Pre-Primary and Primary teaching, along with experience as a Coordinator or Academic Leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the academic and daily operations of Nursery to Grade 2.
- Supervise and support Pre-Primary and Primary teachers.
- Plan and monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessments, and academic progress.
- Mentor teachers and conduct regular classroom observations and feedback sessions.
- Ensure age-appropriate, child-centric and engaging teaching practices.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
- Monitor student discipline, safety,



well-being, and overall development.
- Organise academic activities, events, teacher meetings, and training programmes.
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and school management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective academic practices.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the Pre-Primary and Primary sections.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Primary and/or Primary education.
- Prior experience as a Pre-Primary/Primary Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Headmistress, or similar leadership role.
- Robust understanding of early years and primary education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Strong classroom observation, teacher mentoring, and academic planning skills.
- Should be confident in handling parents, teachers, and school management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
