- Lead and develop SCQ team, Key focus area vendor development for critical component, implementing Senvion processes at Vendor end, training of personnel, On time quality inspections and reduction of COPQ.
- Evaluate suppliers or supplier processes with major focus on quality and capability impact of processes
- Assure the established and required quality levels on the supplier, by checking the product and controlling the stability of supplier processes (audits, production supervision)
- Supplier performance monitoring & evaluation.
- Coordinate non-conformities and respective actions and follow up according to the 8D method.
- Able to identify critical process/ product parameters considering PFMEA, assembly and function.
- To prepare ITP/QAP considering inputs from technical specifications, drawings,



functional requirements
- Define and managing improvement plans with critical suppliers, and checking their progress
- Guide suppliers on the optimal technologies, processes, tooling, materials and methods for the part and application being designed.
- Verify and support product and process failure analysis, identify and assure implementation of identified solutions
- Knowledge on quality management system (ISO9001, ISO TS 16949 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English, local language
- Desirable: Audit: Lead Auditor (VDA, Integrated management system.
