We’re Hiring: Head Stylist — Styled by SuzainaStyled by Suzaina (SBS) is looking for a Head Stylist to join our growing team.

We’re a bespoke wedding styling atelier creating fashion-led, highly considered wardrobes for modern South Asian weddings across India and internationally. Our work sits at the intersection of fashion, culture, luxury and storytelling— and we’re looking for someone who understands that styling is far more than putting together beautiful clothes.

The RoleAs Head Stylist, you’ll be responsible for leading the styling process across multiple clients and weddings — from understanding a client’s personal aesthetic to building cohesive wardrobes across events, sourcing looks, coordinating with designers and vendors, and ensuring every detail feels intentional.

You’ll work closely with the Founder & Creative Director while taking ownership of the day-to-day styling direction and execution.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead styling for bridal, groom, family and wedding party clients
- Develop complete wardrobes across multiple wedding events
- Build moodboards, style guides and detailed look breakdowns
- Research and source designers, labels, jewellery and accessories
- Work closely with Indian and international designers, stores and vendors
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, deliveries and styling logistics
- Maintain solid relationships with designers and industry partners
- Manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
- Ensure every look reflects the client’s personality while remaining aligned with the overall wedding aesthetic
- Support on wedding weekends and destination weddings when required




- Contribute creatively to SBS shoots, editorials and brand projects

We’re looking for someone who
- Has 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, wedding styling or a related luxury fashion role
- Has a strong understanding of Indian fashion, designers, textiles and jewellery
- Has an excellent eye for proportion, colour, silhouette and detail
- Is genuinely passionate about fashion and constantly aware of what is happening within the industry
- Can translate a client’s personality into a sophisticated, cohesive wardrobe
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident working independently and taking ownership
- Has impeccable attention to detail and presentation
- Is comfortable working with high-profile, international and luxury clientele
- Is willing to travel for weddings and client appointments when required
