We are looking for an experienced technology leader to head our TechOps & Security function, driving the transformation of IT operations, cloud governance, and enterprise security as SI continues to scale globally. This role combines leadership across IT operations, cloud and DevOps governance, and information security & compliance.

You will build a service-oriented technology function, improve operational efficiency, strengthen security governance, and partner closely with Engineering to ensure FanOS operates on a secure, scalable, and reliable technology foundation.

Key Requirement:

IT Operations & Service Management

- Lead and develop the IT Operations team while driving a service-oriented culture.

- Establish SLAs, SOPs, ITSM processes, service catalogues, and asset lifecycle management.

- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user support, SaaS administration, and vendor management.

- Drive continuous improvement in employee IT experience and operational efficiency.

Cloud & DevOps Governance

- Own AWS organizational governance, including account management, IAM, billing, and cloud cost

optimization.
- Define governance standards for cloud infrastructure, environments, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC),

and access management.
- Partner with Engineering teams to ensure scalable and secure DevOps practices across FanOS.

- Support capacity planning and governance for the growing DevOps function.

Information Security & Compliance

- Lead the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 compliance program.

- Drive audit readiness, policy implementation, and evidence management in partnership with external compliance advisors.

- Own enterprise client security assessments, due diligence questionnaires, and security governance.

- Manage supplier security reviews, security awareness initiatives, incident governance,



and executive security reporting.

Operational Excellence & Governance

- Standardize operational processes and improve technology governance across the organization.

- Drive cost optimization across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and technology operations.

- Build scalable operating frameworks that support business growth and enterprise readiness.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Delivery, HR, Finance, and leadership teams.

- Manage relationships with technology vendors, auditors, and compliance partners.

- Present technology operations, security posture, and governance updates to executive leadership.

Background and Experience:

Experience

- 12–18 years of experience across Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Technology Operations.

- Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience managing technology operations teams.

- Proven experience transforming IT operations through process improvement, automation, and governance.

- Experience in product-led technology organizations preferred.
