IOS Relocations offers a comprehensive range of solutions such as destination services, packing and moving, city orientation, home and school search, real estate and facilities management, serviced accommodation, and ancillary services like tax advisory and cross-cultural training.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: The role involves owning and managing our temp accommodation vertical including the below:

- P&L;, revenue, margins & pricing
- Business growth & acquisition of MNC/RMC/corporate accounts
- Corporate client & stakeholder management
- Multi-location operations & service excellence
- Managing relationships with hotels and accommodation providers across India.




- Commercial negotiations & strategic partnerships
- Technology, MIS & process improvement
- Team & leadership development

Ideal candidate:

- 12–15+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Background in Temporary Accommodation / Corporate Housing / Serviced Apartments / Hospitality / Corporate Travel / Global Mobility / Relocation
- Robust P&L;, commercial, business growth and operational leadership experience
- Proven experience with MNC/corporate clients and multi-location operations
