Navya Curemedics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Head to lead our Marketing, Sales, Business Development, CRM, and Brand Growth initiatives.

? Location: Lucknow & Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh

? Work Mode: Hybrid (Lucknow & Hardoi)

? Employment Type: Full time

? CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

? Reports To: Managing Director

? Experience: 5–8 Years

? About the Role The Marketing & Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, patient acquisition, revenue generation, brand visibility, corporate partnerships, referral networks, and overall performance of the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth, patient footfall, lead generation, and conversion.
- Develop corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks.
- Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Plan health camps, awareness programs, corporate events, and outreach activities.
- Lead and manage Marketing, Sales, CRM & Business Development teams.
- Set departmental KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Track revenue, leads, conversions, patient footfall, campaign ROI, and business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, HR,



Finance, and CRM teams.

? Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership/team management experience.
- Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Pharma, or Healthcare Services experience preferred.
