Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team
- Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets
- Develop new clients, markets, and business opportunities
- Build robust relationships with Jewellery retailers, manufacturers, and chains
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversions
