About the Role:

You will be responsible for every brand in our portfolio, across Pune, Mumbai, overseas, and NRI markets. You will plan activations around inventory, run loyalty initiatives timed to project delivery milestones, and build word-of-mouth that actually works. You will conceptualize and execute a full communication and activation plan and build the growth strategy that drives demand and recent customer acquisition across every channel, from mass and brand campaigns to search, digital, PR, outbound and affiliate marketing.

You will fire up every distribution and support vertical needed to move sales across our products and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing

- Be the custodian of the brand. What Sellability stands for rests on your shoulders, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.
- Keep the brand alive and charismatic. Build campaigns that reinforce what we stand for and bring genuine creativity to how we talk to our customers.
- Drive performance marketing: ideas and initiatives across offline and online campaigns that convert into new registrations, working closely with the performance marketing team.

Agency & Partner Management

- Lead agency relationships with the confidence of someone who has run a top marketing team before. You know how to brief an agency and pull real creative output from them.
- Manage digital influencers and turn them into creative, viral campaigns across social platforms.
- Partner with content developers to build strong content across media platforms.
- Handle offline media relationships, both content and advertising.

Entrepreneurial Drive





- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to new initiatives and MARTECH. We've already launched community platforms and educational content platforms for our customers, and there's more to build.
- Lead a team of designers, content writers and external freelancers to deliver stories that do justice to the brand.
- Work cross-functionally with business and functional teams, translating requirements into crisp, actionable briefs for your team and agencies.

Business Ownership

- Own the annual marketing budget and its effective utilisation, including short and long-term scheduling, media split and resourcing.
- Plan, execute and monitor all ATL/BTL promotions, marketing database, digital, email, social and display advertising across the portfolio.
- Build growth frameworks for long-term planning and scalable solutions, while enabling rapid daily experimentation and micro-optimisation.
- Build team capability across our marketing tech stack, including experimentation, data and CRM platforms.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 12-18 years of relevant experience in a real estate, with strong proficiency across brand marketing, PR, content management, digital and performance marketing.
- Tech savvy, with a strong grip on brand planning, consumer insights, market intelligence, business models and budget management across geographies.
- Meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
- Strong decision-making with a genuine ownership mindset.
