About Saadho Scale

Saadho Scale is a leading D2C Enabler and 3PL aggregator platform dedicated to empowering direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. We provide end-to-end multi-courier shipping solutions, automated fulfillment, first-mile to last-mile tracking, and smart delivery optimization. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Logistics to manage and optimize our logistics operations and courier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Courier Partner & Vendor Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with courier partners (POCs), negotiate commercial rate slabs, and establish SLA benchmarks.
- Operations & Issue Escalations: Drive daily operations, resolving NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues, delivery delays, and critical courier escalations raised by Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Weekly Performance Sync: Lead mandatory weekly review meetings with courier POCs and the internal KAM team to monitor delivery metrics, SLA adherence, and RTO reduction strategies.
- Delivery & RTO Optimization:



Collaborate with Digital Marketing & Growth teams to analyze shipping data and implement strategies that increase delivery percentage and minimize RTO (Return to Origin).
- Finance & COD Payout Coordination: Oversee COD remittance cycles, dispute resolutions, and payout schedules in coordination with the Finance team and courier partners.
- Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Lead, mentor, and track the logistics operations team, driving continuous process efficiency across first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL Aggregator / D2C Enabler platforms.
- Key Skills:
- In-depth understanding of D2C e-commerce logistics (First-mile, Last-mile, NDR management, COD remittance).
- Exceptional vendor management and commercial rate negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics analytics, SLA tracking, and operational MIS (Advanced Excel).
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
