About the Client

Our client is a well-established Direct Selling Agent (DSA) with solid relationships across leading banks and housing finance companies. The firm has a solid presence in the retail lending space and a growing footprint in secured lending.

Role Overview The Head Housing Loan Department will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the home loan business in Hyderabad. This is a senior leadership role with complete ownership of sales, sourcing channels, bank relationships, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end housing loan operations, including sourcing, processing, sanctions, and disbursements
- Build and manage a high-performing team of sales managers, relationship officers, and channel partners
- Drive business through DSA channels, builders, real-estate brokers, and referral networks
- Manage and deepen relationships with banks and HFCs, ensuring competitive products and turnaround times
- Monitor monthly targets, conversion ratios,



and disbursement volumes
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, compliance, and documentation standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Own P&L;, productivity, and growth for the housing loan vertical in the region

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in home loans / mortgage lending, preferably with a DSA, bank, or HFC
- Strong understanding of credit policies, property documentation, and local real-estate market in Telangana and AP
- Proven track record of building teams and delivering consistent disbursements
- Excellent relationship-management and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability
