Head of Growth – Aggregator Platforms

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, data-oriented, and strategic Head of Growth to lead and scale our aggregator business across Swiggy and Zomato. This role owns aggregator performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end performance and P&L; for aggregator channels.
- Drive growth across revenue, visibility, conversion, and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Lead commercial negotiations with platform partners.
- Plan and execute advertisements, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain catalog hygiene and optimize conversion.
- Lead new store launches and scale performance.
- Build and manage the aggregator operations team.




- Leverage AI and data tools for efficiency and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications :

- 5–10+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Food-Tech, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-led decision making.
