Hospital is looking for an experienced Head of Hospital Operations to lead the administrative and operational functions of our growing NABH-accredited multispecialty hospital. This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building high-performing teams, improving patient experience, and creating systems that allow clinicians to focus on patient care.

Hospital is a 50-bed multispecialty hospital with Gastrointestinal Surgery as its flagship specialty. We also provide Medical Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Urology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and a growing range of diagnostic and specialty services. We are currently strengthening our systems, expanding services, and building the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day hospital operations Ensure NABH compliance and quality initiatives Improve operational efficiency and patient flow Supervise department heads and administrative teams Monitor hospital KPIs and financial performance Drive occupancy, throughput and patient satisfaction Coordinate with consultants, nursing,



finance and support services Manage statutory compliance and regulatory requirements Lead recruitment, performance management and staff development Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement Essential Requirements Minimum 8 years of hospital administration experience Experience managing a 50+ bed hospital preferred Strong understanding of NABH standards Experience in hospital operations, quality, HR and finance Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams We are looking for someone who: ✔ Takes ownership ✔ Solves problems instead of escalating them ✔ Uses data to make decisions ✔ Builds systems instead of depending on individuals ✔ Leads by example What We Offer - Prospect to lead a growing hospital
