Role Overview The organization is an industrial spatial computing and digital twin platform that enables enterprises to improve training, operations, visualization, and workforce performance.
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Global Sales to own global sales execution and revenue growth across manufacturing and industrial enterprises. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build a repeatable enterprise sales enginenot simply manage a sales team.
The successful candidate will own pipeline creation, forecasting, deal closures, sales-team performance, and go-to-market execution. They must have strong enterprise SaaS or industrial software sales experience, a proven record of closing business in the US market, deep CRM discipline, and strong fluency in AI-led business and sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Team Management
Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the global sales team to achieve revenue, pipeline, and account-growth targets.
Set individual and team targets, territories, account plans, activity expectations, and performance standards.
Conduct structured pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, one-on-one coaching, sales meetings, and performance evaluations.
Support team members on strategic accounts, discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales talent as the organization scales.
Build a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability, customer value, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
Global Sales Execution and Business Growth
Define and execute the global sales strategy for the organizations industrial spatial computing and digital twin platform.
Build a repeatable sales engine covering prospecting, account-based outreach, qualification, discovery,
solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and closure.
Build and convert an enterprise pipeline across manufacturing and industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, engineering, consumer goods, and process industries.
Personally, drive strategic, high-value enterprise opportunities and US-market sales closures.
Develop executive relationships with CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Operations, Learning & Development, Digital Transformation, and Manufacturing Excellence.
Position the organizations for enterprise use cases including immersive workforce training, safety, remote assistance, digital twins, operational visualization, maintenance, and engineering collaboration.
Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure market feedback, client requirements, and sales execution remain aligned.
Develop channel, technology, and implementation partnerships to expand global reach and accelerate enterprise adoption.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, pricing discussions, commercial strategy, and revenue performance reporting.
Sales Operations and CRM Discipline
Ensure accurate, timely, and disciplined use of CRM for all opportunities, account activity, stages, next steps, pipeline health, and forecasts.
Establish clear sales processes, qualification criteria, conversion benchmarks, and reporting cadences.
Use data and sales insights to improve conversion rates, reduce sales-cycle time, strengthen forecasting accuracy,
and identify growth opportunities.
Apply AI fluency to sales conversations, account research, value articulation, sales productivity, and positioning the organizations within enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business-development experience, including at least 3 years of sales-team leadership.
- Demonstrated success building a repeatable sales engine, not solely inheriting or managing an existing team.
- Strong enterprise SaaS, industrial software, digital twin, engineering technology, simulation, or digital-transformation sales experience.
- Proven record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals in the US market.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, manufacturing workflows, technology adoption, and operational challenges.
- Robust AI fluency, with the ability to engage credibly in AI-enabled enterprise transformation discussions.
- Excellent sales coaching, negotiation, executive presentation, stakeholder-management, and commercial skills.
- Proven discipline in CRM-led sales processes, pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Availability to work regular overlapping hours with US time zones.
Success Metrics
- Team and individual revenue achievement against quarterly and annual targets.
- Quality, value, coverage, and conversion of the enterprise sales pipeline.
- Number and value of enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts acquired and expanded.
- US-market revenue growth and value of closed enterprise deals.
- Forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, pipeline velocity, and sales-cycle efficiency.
- Adoption and effectiveness of the repeatable sales engine.
- Sales team productivity, retention, capability development, and performance.
