Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore Only

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday–Saturday

Compensation: ₹25,000/month + 12% Commission

- 10% on Personal Sales
- 2% on Team Sales

About Triven.ai

Triven.ai, a project of Meru Land Private Limited, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our US sales operations .

We are looking for someone with strong experience in US cold calling, sales, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals , along with the ability to lead and manage a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct US cold calls, product demos, and sales presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Generate and convert qualified sales opportunities

• Lead, train, and manage 2 SDRs

- Monitor team performance and provide sales guidance
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Track sales performance and report results to management

Requirements





• Proven experience in US sales and cold calling

• Strong experience in B2B sales

- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, sales, and closing abilities
- Previous experience managing or mentoring sales teams
- Comfortable working with US customers and US time zones

Eligibility

- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore
- Strong US sales experience is mandatory
- Fluent English communication is required
- Must be comfortable working during US business hours

Work Schedule Monday to Saturday | 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM
