About the Role

HEAD OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTS — CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic financial leadership across Sawai Jaipur's portfolio, ensuring strong financial governance while enabling growth, investment and commercial decision-making.
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Establish robust financial controls, governance and reporting systems.
- Lead accounting, taxation, audit, statutory compliance, treasury and financial reporting.
- Develop business and project-level P&Ls; and financial models.
- Provide commercial analysis and decision support to senior management.
- Evaluate new investments, projects, partnerships and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for business performance.
- Drive cost optimisation and working-capital management.
- Establish strong procurement and financial-control frameworks.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, advisors and regulators.
- Ensure compliance across all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial due diligence for current projects and strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen financial systems,



ERP and technology-enabled reporting.
- Build, mentor and lead the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8–15+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, audit and business finance.
- Proven experience managing complex organisations, multiple business verticals or portfolios.
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, financial modelling and investment evaluation.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, cultural institutions, consumer businesses or diversified organizations is desirable.
- High integrity, strong governance orientation and excellent stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Financial discipline, quality of management reporting, profitability, cash flow, compliance, cost optimization, governance and the quality of financial decision support provided to the organization.
