About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Design & Engineering to lead our

Design Department and drive the technical excellence of our fenestration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Aluminum Windows & Doors, Façades,

Curtain Walls, Structural Glazing, and related architectural systems, with a proven ability to lead design teams and deliver technically sound, commercially viable, and production-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the complete Design & Engineering function.

 Oversee design development, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

 Review and approve designs for accuracy, structural integrity, functionality, aesthetics,

and manufacturability.

 Drive value engineering, material optimization, and cost-effective design solutions.

 Coordinate closely with Sales, Estimation, Procurement, Production, Quality, and

Execution teams.

 Provide technical support to project and site teams and resolve design-related challenges.

 Liaise with architects, consultants, clients,



and system suppliers on technical matters.

 Establish design standards, processes, and quality-control mechanisms to minimize errors and rework.

 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.

 Support new product/system development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile :

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

 10–15+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in fenestration, façade,

aluminum systems, or architectural building solutions.

 Strong knowledge of fenestration systems, profiles, hardware, glass, façade systems,

fabrication, and installation methodologies.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of design software will be an advantage.

 Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

 A strong commercial and quality-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
