Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical design and build projects including manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, warehouses, utility systems, and support infrastructure
- Manage execution of projects from concept design through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, and final handover
- Lead and develop the Design & Build department team to ensure technical excellence and project delivery performance
- Establish project execution strategies, resource plans, schedules, and delivery frameworks
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, CAPEX forecasts, and financial performance
- Oversee multidisciplinary engineering design activities across process, mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom, electrical, instrumentation, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems




- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and overall project performance
