The Head of Investor Relations will lead Vedanta Oil & Gas’s engagement with the global investment community, positioning the company as a trusted, high-performing energy leader. This role is accountable for shaping the company’s equity story, driving transparent communication of financial and operational performance, and strengthening shareholder confidence to support long-term value creatio n.

Strategic Investor Engage

Define and execute the IR strategy aligned with business priorities and growth ambit
- ions.Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agen
- cies.Act as the primary spokesperson for investor communications,

Financial & Market Intell

- Experience: MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with robust financial and stra
- tegic acumen.15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research, with at least 5 years in a lea
- dership role.Proven track record of managing investor relations for large listed companies, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Natur
- al Resources.Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation drivers, and investor
- expectations.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder manag
