Location: Work from Home Office
Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST
Role Objective The HR Generalist will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in partnership with management and external recruitment partners, manage recent-joiner documentation and compliance, maintain and develop employee-facing HR policies, execute HR operations through Zoho, and support performance appraisal and exit management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- drafting Draft JD’s and work with management to finalize job descriptions for various roles across the company.
- Recruitment partner management — Collaborate with current recruitment partners and identify, onboard, and manage new recruitment partners for specialized domains such as accounting, digital marketing, technical support, HR operations, US payroll, compliance, and remote admin support.
- Candidate management — Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule and conduct the first round of HR interviews with shortlisted candidates before passing them to management and drive the process through to issuance of the offer letter.
- Onboarding documentation — Draft offer letters and appointment letters, and ensure the NDA, code of conduct, employee manual, and any other Company mandated documents are signed by new joinees.
- Policy management — Review existing employee-related policies and procedures, and draft new employee-facing policies as required.
- HRIS (Zoho) — Learn Zoho HR functionality and execute employee-related transactions and processes in the system as necessary.
- Performance appraisals — Coordinate and execute the quarterly performance appraisal process in collaboration with respective reporting managers and peers (for 360 evaluations) in Zoho.
- Exit management — Draft and/or review the exit process and formalities and execute them for employees exiting the organization. Core Skills & Expertise (Must Have)
- End-to-end recruitment & stakeholder management — Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in partnership with management and multiple external recruitment partners.
- HR documentation & compliance — Hands-on experience drafting offer letters, appointment letters, employee manual, policy manual, NDAs, and code-of-conduct documents, with strong attention to compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Human Resource Administration, or an MBA in HR (preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR generalist function (must have)
