Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head Human Resources to lead the HR function across multiple business verticals and branches. The role will focus on HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance, compliance and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and critical hiring.
- Drive performance management, KPI/KRA, compensation and incentive programs.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee HR operations including HRMS, payroll, attendance, leave and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH and statutory requirements.




- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team across branches and business units.
- Conduct branch HR audits and monitor manpower requirements.
- Partner with senior management on people strategy and organizational development.

Candidate Requirements

- 15 to 20 years of overall HR experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in automotive dealerships, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, manufacturing or related industries.
- Robust experience in managing HR across multiple branches/business units.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
