About the Role

Reliance Retail's Fashion & Lifestyle Exports business is scaling fast and growing through acquisitions - and needs an HR leader to build the talent, organisation and culture agenda that keeps pace. As Head - HR, reporting to the Head - Fashion & Lifestyle Exports, you will build the leadership and specialist talent base across category, sourcing, sales, marketing, compliance and finance functions.

You will partner with the Head - Fashion & Lifestyle Exports on organisation design and workforce planning as the business scales, and play a central role in acquisition integration - supporting people-related due diligence and workforce integration for acquired exporters, including retention of key talent and founders, and aligning acquired entity HR policies and systems with the F&L; framework.

You will establish performance management, career development and succession planning processes for the organisation, and build capability-building and training programmes suited to export operations, trade compliance and international buyer management. You will shape a culture and employee value proposition suited to a quick-scaling, globally oriented export business, while ensuring HR policies comply with labour laws across all operating geographies and stay aligned with group HR and the Export Services Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Build the leadership and specialist talent base across category, sourcing, sales, marketing,



compliance and finance functions
- Partner with the Head - Fashion & Lifestyle Exports on organisation design and workforce planning
- Support people due diligence and workforce integration for acquired exporters, including key talent and founder retention
- Align acquired entity HR policies, systems and processes with the F&L; organisation framework
- Establish performance management, career development and succession planning processes
- Build capability-building and training programmes suited to export operations, trade compliance and international buyer management
- Build a culture and employee value proposition suited to a fast-scaling, globally oriented export business
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labour laws and coordinate with group HR and the Export Services Centre

Job Specification / Candidate Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles, ideally in export, manufacturing or fast-scaling consumer businesses
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
- Experience in M&A; workforce integration, talent retention and organisation design in acquisition-led environments
- Experience building HR processes for multi-geography or export operations is preferred
