HOD, Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Position: Head of Department (HOD) - MCA

Location: Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida

Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, An Autonomous Campus, AI Enabled and NAAC accredited, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and research-oriented academicians for the position of HOD - MCA.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, managing the MCA department, mentoring faculty and students, and contributing to research and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MCA department.

· Coordinate teaching, curriculum delivery, examinations, projects, and student mentoring.

· Supervise and guide faculty members in academic activities.

· Promote research, publications, and industry-academic collaboration.

· Support accreditation, curriculum development, and other departmental activities.

Eligibility & Experience

· Ph.D.



in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology or a relevant discipline is mandatory.

· MCA / M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

· Qualifications and experience should be as per applicable AICTE/UGC norms.

· Minimum 8 years of relevant teaching/academic experience, with experience in academic administration preferred.

· Experience as HOD / Associate Professor / Professor in a reputed institution will be preferred.

· Robust knowledge of MCA curriculum and teaching methodologies.

· Research publications in Scopus/SCI/UGC CARE journals will be preferred.

· Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
