Position Overview

Della Townships is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head Architecture to lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution across luxury township developments, hospitality projects, and premium real estate destinations.

The role requires a strong design leader with extensive experience in large-scale townships, luxury residential developments, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional architectural leadership capability, strong industry relationships, excellent market connects, and the ability to collaborate with renowned architects, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to create landmark destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Vision & Design Leadership

- Lead the overall architectural vision and design strategy for Della Townships projects.
- Drive design excellence across luxury residential, township, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- Translate business vision into innovative architectural concepts and experiences.
- Ensure projects reflect global benchmarks in design, functionality, sustainability, and luxury.

Project Design Management
- Lead architecture from concept stage to execution and completion.

- Detailed Design

- Technical Coordination

- Execution Support
- Review and approve architectural drawings, design proposals, specifications, and submissions.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Township & Large-Scale Development Expertise
- Provide architectural leadership for integrated township developments.
- Develop master planning strategies with focus on:

- Luxury living

- Community experiences

- Hospitality integration

- Lifestyle destinations

- Sustainability
- Future-ready infrastructure

Consultant & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:

- Leading architects
- International and Indian design consultants

- Project Management Consultants (PMC)

- Contractors

- Real estate developers

- Industry experts
- Manage external architects, consultants, and design partners.
- Drive collaboration between Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Engineering, PMC, and Project teams.

Design Innovation & Market Leadership
- Stay updated with global architectural trends, technologies, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Introduce innovative design approaches to create differentiated luxury destinations.
- Build Dellas reputation as a design-led real estate organisation.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal Architecture team.
- Establish design processes, standards, review mechanisms, and best practices.
- Create a culture of creativity, accountability, and design excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Architecture and Design Leadership.
- Proven experience handling large-scale projects in:

- Luxury Real Estate

- Integrated Townships

- Premium Residential Developments

- Hospitality Projects
- Mixed-Use Developments

Mandatory Experience
- Candidates must have worked with reputed real estate developers.
- Strong exposure to township planning and luxury developments.




- Proven track record of delivering landmark architectural projects.
- Strong qualified network and market reputation.

Education Qualification

Mandatory:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Preferred:

- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- Additional qualifications in Urban Planning / Sustainable Design / Project Management preferred.
