Position: Head of Accounts & Compliance

Level: Manager / Senior Manager

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting & financial operations

Manage GST, TDS & statutory compliance

Handle financial statements, cash flow & book closing

Manage GSTR-2B vs Books ITC reconciliation

Handle audits, assessments & tax notices

Build, train & manage the Accounts & Compliance team

Develop SOPs and internal financial controls

Oversee banking, vendor payments & payroll operations

Requirements

CA Inter – Mandatory

B.Com / M.Com

Robust experience in Accounts, GST, TDS & Compliance

Proficiency in Tally Prime & MS Excel

Knowledge of ERP / digital invoicing systems

Strong leadership & team management skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
