- Setting up of Job Roles Data Roles
- Expertise in User accounts and access management Role auto provisioning rules Role delegation Locationbased access control readonly access Security profiles AOR setups Data security policies Permissions groups User categories and Notifications
- Hands on experience on sensitive fields hiding across modules
- Knowledge on delivered reports and build adhoc reports as required in Security space
- Knowledge on implementing security in line with HCM in OTBI BIFAW
- Experience in setting up dynamic access provisioning
- Hands on experience on setting up DOR access
- Experience in Redwood Implementations and customizations
Technical Functional skills in Oracle HCM for respective modules Core HR Recruitment Security Integrations Reporting Analytics etc Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
- Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- In scope Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation
Testing Experience to perform
- Test management Support
- Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by Business
- Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
- Documenting test results
- Reporting test results
- Perform data validation
- Valuable understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
Integrations Experience to perform Core HR Recruitment Security Integrations Reporting Analytics etc
- Working on the interface Impact Analysis
- Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
