Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relation Executive role based in Chennai.

The Guest Relation

Executive will welcome visitors, manage reception duties, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Daily responsibilities include guiding guests through registration and screening procedures, answering inquiries about services, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams. The role also involves handling customer feedback, supporting basic sales and upselling of services when appropriate, and maintaining a professional, courteous, and empathetic interaction with all visitors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all visitors.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and handle inquiries in a calm and respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales abilities to support service promotion, appointment conversions, and basic upselling as needed.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, including managing front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and visitor flow.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in healthcare or hospitality, proficiency with basic computer and appointment management systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages, maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and work flexible hours as required.
