Guest Relations – 7-Star Restaurant | Key Responsibilities
Working Hours: 10 hours rotational shift week off: Weekly ( according to roster)

- Welcome and professionally engage with VIP/HNI guests.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and personalized service.
- Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with F&B; and operations teams for smooth service.
- Maintain guest preferences and build strong relationships.
- Ensure 7-star hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
