We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with guests.
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special arrangements.
- Follow up with guests to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Maintain guest records and required reports.





Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hotel role is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
