Guest House Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day guest house operations and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and support staff.
- Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and room allocation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and upkeep of the facility.
- Monitor occupancy, reservations, inventory, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement systems and SOPs for efficient guest house management.
- Coordinate with university departments for guest visits, events, and accommodation requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and manage budgets effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in hotel, resort,



guest house, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in handling accommodation facilities with multiple rooms and staff members.
- Proficiency in hospitality operations, customer service, and administrative management.

Preferred

- Experience in managing guest houses, business hotels, accommodations, or hospitality facilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation management systems.
