We are looking for experienced and passionate faculty members to teach students preparing for CMA examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge, excellent classroom delivery skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for student success.
Subjects The faculty member may teach one or more of the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and live online lectures for CMA students.
- Prepare comprehensive study plans aligned with the latest CMA syllabus.
- Explain concepts using practical examples and case studies.
- Conduct regular tests, revision sessions, and doubt-solving classes.
- Develop high-quality study material, notes, assignments, and question banks.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and monitor their academic progress.
- Stay updated with ICAI (CMA) syllabus changes and examination trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching quality.
Eligibility
- CMA Qualified preferred.
- CA/CS or other relevant qualified qualifications may also be considered based on subject expertise.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for CMA/CA/CS or similar professional courses.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the relevant subject(s).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable teaching both offline and online classes.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
- Student-centric teaching approach.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital writing tablets, or smart boards.
- Strong command over English and Hindi.
