Hire22.ai is building India's first agentic recruitment platform, shortlisting mid and senior talent in 22 hours using AI. As a Product Growth Associate, you will own client acquisition, support go-to-market execution, collaborate on product development, and contribute to design and UX decisions. This is a hands-on role with direct access to the founding team and real ownership from day one.

Role And Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

- Identify and qualify leads across recruiter, employer, and enterprise segments

- Build top-of-funnel through outbound outreach, referral programs, and channel partnerships

- Own the sales cycle from first contact to onboarding including demo, follow-up, and close

- Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM with accurate deal stages and conversion tracking

Go-to-Market (GTM)

- Support GTM planning for new feature launches including messaging, channel selection, and rollout

sequencing

- Coordinate with content, SEO, and design teams to align campaigns with ICP targeting

- Track GTM outcomes and prepare structured post-launch reports

- Identify new market segments and whitespace opportunities through competitive research

ICP Definition and Market Research

- Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles using CRM data and win/loss interviews

- Segment prospects by firmographics, role, and buying signals to prioritise outreach

- Conduct customer interviews and synthesise insights into actionable briefs for the product team

Skills Required

Must-Have

- Client acquisition and B2B outbound sales from prospecting to close

- Go-to-market execution including positioning, launch planning, and channel management

- ICP definition using data and qualitative research to identify best-fit customers

- Strong written communication for briefs, follow-up emails, and structured reports





- Product thinking and ability to translate market feedback into feature requirements

- Basic UX sensibility and ability to review and give feedback on product designs

- Data interpretation including reading funnel metrics, cohort data, and experiment results

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of HR-tech or recruitment domain

- Experience working on or alongside AI-powered products

- Community-led or content-led growth experience

- HubSpot / Zoho CRM / Salesforce for pipeline management and lead tracking

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outbound

- Apollo.io / Hunter.io for lead enrichment and email outreach

- Mailchimp / Brevo for email campaign management

- Canva for lightweight campaign creatives

- Ahrefs / SEMrush for keyword research and content-GTM alignment

Collaboration

- Slack, Google Meet, Jira / Linear for day-to-day team coordination

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE

- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, startup, or a growth and sales role

- Managed outbound lead generation with measurable pipeline outcomes

- Contributed to at least one GTM plan, product launch, or go-live campaign

- Used a CRM actively to track and report on the sales funnel

- Reviewed product designs or user flows and shared structured feedback

- Interviewed customers or users and converted findings into structured documents

- Demonstrated ownership by moving without being told and following through
