Role Description The GTM Engineer at Dooza is a full-time, in office role based in Madurai. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market functions, working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to design and implement technical solutions that support customer onboarding and expansion you will also work very close to the founder and figure out pmf . Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and integrating the Dooza AI platform for client environments, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, and developing demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations.

The GTM Engineer will analyze customer workflows, optimize deployments, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documentation and enablement materials for internal teams.



The role also involves participating in pre- and post-sales technical discussions, gathering feedback to inform product improvements, and supporting scalable processes for future implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in software engineering or related technical disciplines, with experience in building or integrating SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- Applied knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data workflows to configure solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, sales, and customer success teams, translating business use cases into technical implementations.
- Experience creating technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation playbooks to support repeatable go-to-market motions.
- Comfort with customer-facing technical discussions, including discovery, solution walkthroughs, and troubleshooting in production-like environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or automation solutions is highly beneficial; exposure to startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.
