Salary: Based on experience and knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

We are looking for a knowledgeable and responsible GST & Indirect Tax Executive to join our firm. The candidate will be responsible for GST compliances, reconciliations, registrations, notices, assessments and other indirect tax-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other GST returns
- GST reconciliation with books of accounts, GSTR-2B and annual returns
- GST registration, amendment, cancellation and revocation applications
- Preparation of GST audit and annual return workings
- Handling GST notices, assessments and departmental proceedings
- Drafting replies, submissions and supporting documents
- Assisting in GST appeals and refund applications
- Follow-up with clients for data, documents and clarifications
- Professional Tax registration and return filing
- MSME/Udyam, IEC and LEI registration or renewal
- Maintaining proper working papers and compliance records




- Coordinating with government departments wherever required

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in GST compliance
- Practical knowledge of the GST Portal and GST return filing
- Experience in GST reconciliation and handling notices preferred
- Good working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Solid drafting, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Candidates with experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred
