Growth Intern — On-ground (Varanasi)

You'll be the first person to walk duCharcha into a school or college and get a principal to say yes.

duCharcha is a social skills game with audio. Students speak, compete, and get an AI-built persona report showing which industry they fit. We're live on both app stores, founder-led, and just starting institutional distribution — starting in Varanasi.

What you'll actually do





Build a list of CBSE/ICSE schools and private colleges in and around Varanasi

Get meetings with principals, TPOs, and HODs — cold calls, walk-ins, references

Run 15-minute product demos in person

Bring back what they said, unfiltered, including the objections

Run campus activations and help convert students who attend

What we're looking for

Fluent in Hindi and English — you'll pitch in one and demo in the other

Comfortable walking into a building and asking for the decision-maker

Own a two-wheeler

Currently studying or recently graduated. Psychology, mass comm, management backgrounds fit well

No sales experience needed. Willingness to hear "no" ten times a day is non-negotiable

What you get

Stipend: ₹10,000/month + incentive per institute onboarded
