About The Role

We are hiring a Growth & Sales Associate to help take IntelGrader to schools and coaching centres.

This is an early-career role for someone with 0-18 months of experience who wants to work directly with founders, customers, and product in a fast-moving startup.

This is not a straightforward sales role. You will work across outreach, customer conversations, demos, follow-ups, onboarding, proposal documents, GTM experiments, founder-led growth, customer feedback, and AI-led workflows that make sales and growth faster.

What You Will Do

- Run outbound outreach and structured follow-ups.
- Speak with school owners, principals, coaching centre owners, and teachers.
- Support demos, onboarding, proposal creation, and customer coordination.




- Maintain clean trackers, notes, pipeline hygiene, and follow-up systems.
- Help run GTM experiments across messaging, channels, campaigns, and local outreach.
- Work closely with founders to turn customer conversations into market and product insight.
- Use AI tools for research, outreach, reporting, and workflow speed.

- You can write clearly and communicate well in English and Hindi.

- You want to work directly with founders and grow fast.

- You are uncomfortable with calls, follow-ups, rejection, or ground-level execution.
- You only want strategy, not hands-on sales and growth work.
- You are not open to working on-site from Gurugram.

Compensation: Rs. 3-6 LPA, based on experience, ownership, and performance
