Finitee is a location-aware social discovery app helping people move from screen to scene: finding people nearby who share their interests, and actually meeting them. We're building our early community in the Mumbai/Thane region, and we're looking for a results-driven growth partner to help us grow it, on the ground, where it matters.

This is a performance-based role, not a salaried position. You're paid a fixed amount for every user you bring who completes on-boarding and becomes active (not just a signup). If you're valuable at getting real people to try a product and stick with it, you can earn as much as your results allow.

How we want users brought in:

We want real people who join because they're genuinely interested in the app, brought in through personal recommendation, word of mouth, and authentic community outreach. Not through cash incentives, giveaways, or "sign up and get paid" schemes. Users who join for a reward rarely stick around, and they distort the community we're trying to build.

If someone downloads Finitee because a person they trust told them it was worth trying, that's exactly who we want. Your job is to be that trusted recommendation at scale.

Important: We're focused exclusively on users in the Mumbai and Thane area. Because Finitee is location-based, density matters more than spread.



A hundred active users in one neighborhood are worth more to us than a thousand scattered across the country. Users outside Mumbai/Thane don't count toward payout.

What you'll do:

- Drive new user acquisition in Mumbai and Thane through genuine recommendation and community outreach: campus networks, community groups, local social media, WhatsApp communities, on-ground activations, personal referrals.
- Focus on quality, engaged local users, not bulk signups. We measure activation, not just registration.
- Coordinate with our team on messaging and target audience (primarily college students and young professionals across Mumbai and Thane).

Who we're looking for:

- You're based in or know the Mumbai/Thane area well.
- You've done growth, campus marketing, community building, or sales, and can point to results.
- You understand Gen-Z and college audiences in Mumbai.
- You genuinely believe in recommending products you think are good, and can build real trust with people.
- You're self-directed and comfortable being paid for outcomes rather than hours.
- Bonus if you have existing networks in Mumbai/Thane colleges or student communities.

Compensation:

- Fixed payout per activated local user (defined as a Mumbai/Thane-based user who completes on-boarding and [your milestone]). Rate discussed based on volume and quality.
- No cap. The more real, engaged local users you bring, the more you earn.
