We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who wants to work hands-on across customer acquisition, digital marketing, content, campaigns, and growth experiments.

What you'll do (Probably)

- Assist in planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns
- Manage and grow Kapzo’s social media presence
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Support performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify new customer acquisition and engagement opportunities
- Work on local/community marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions and CAC
- Conduct A/B tests and experiment with different marketing ideas
- Support referral, retention and customer engagement initiatives
- Work closely with the founding team to execute growth experiments
- Help identify what is working, what is not, and how we can improve

What are we looking at ?

- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Strong interest in growth marketing, digital marketing and startups
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Creative and analytical mindset




- Comfortable working with data and marketing metrics
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership
- Willingness to experiment, learn quickly and execute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred knowledge of:

- Canva
- Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Google Workspace
- ChatGPT / AI tools
- CapCut or other video editing tools
- Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms
- Basic SEO
- Social media analytics
- Performance marketing fundamentals

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, WordPress, CRM tools, Looker Studio, content creation, influencer marketing or community marketing.
