Duration - 6 months Role Overview - We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven intern to support the end-to-end marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on marketing automation, CRM management, campaign execution, and analytics. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and digital growth. Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot & CRM Support
Assist in setting up and optimizing workflows, automation logic, segmentation, and lead scoring.
Support lead lifecycle management from capture to conversion tracking.
Maintain CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and reporting accuracy.
Support marketing-sales alignment through structured data flows.
Campaign
Execution
Support email marketing programs including nurture journeys and lifecycle campaign.
Assist with A/B testing, personalization, and audience segmentation.
Coordinate campaign workflows from form submission to follow-up communication.
Website & SEO (Valuable to Have)
Support website and landing page content updates.
Assist with on-page SEO basics including meta tags and performance tracking.
Monitor conversion paths and basic analytics reporting. Martech & Analytics
Assist in integrating marketing tools such as Google Analytics and GTM.
Support UTM tracking and campaign attribution reporting.
Help build dashboards and performance reports for internal review. Qualifications:
Knowledge or exposure to HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar automation tools.
Understanding of CRM fundamentals and lead lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices and A/B testing.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking frameworks
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
