- Own the full-funnel demand engine: paid (LinkedIn, Google), organic, email/outbound enablement, and account-based campaigns targeting our ICP.

- Build vertical-specific campaigns and messaging by segment.

- Translate operational pain (fragmentation, no visibility, SLA breakdown, manual dependency, scaling chaos) into landing pages, ad copy, and content that speaks to COOs, Heads of CX, and CTOs not generic SaaS fluff.

- Run experiments end-to-end: hypothesis campaign measurement iteration. Own CAC, MQLSQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and CPL by channel.

- Partner closely with Sales to align messaging with the lead-scoring model and feed a qualified, high-intent pipeline (not vanity leads).

- Build the content and SEO foundation: case studies, vertical playbooks, comparison content, and thought leadership on enterprise operations execution.

- Own marketing analytics and attribution, instrument the funnel, and report what's actually driving pipeline.

Requirements

- 36 years in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech growth marketing, ideally selling to Indian mid-market and enterprise.

- Demonstrated ownership of a measurable pipeline number, not just campaign activity.

- Hands-on with the modern stack: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot/marketing automation, GA4, and one ABM tool.

- Strong copy instincts; you can write pain-led, persona-specific messaging and kill generic feature lists.

- Comfortable with long,



multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and aligning marketing to them.

- Analytical and experiment-driven; fluent in funnel metrics, attribution, and unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV).

- Use AI tools as a force multiplier across content generation, ad/landing-page copy variants, audience research, campaign ops, and analysis- the output and velocity of an AI-native marketer, not 2020-era manual work.

- Build AI-assisted systems, not one-off prompts: repeatable pipelines for content production, lead research/enrichment, and campaign reporting.

- Demonstrated, hands-on use of LLMs and AI marketing tooling in a real role; you can show what you automated and the lift you got.

- Experience in B2B SaaS - ideally to BFSI / financial services in India is a strong advantage.

- Salary: 8–10 LPA.
