Are you someone who can build business, generate leads, create partnerships and take complete ownership of growth?

Astha Yogpeeth – School of Yoga is looking for a Growth Manager who can help us expand our reach, increase student enrolments and build new revenue opportunities.

This is NOT a traditional desk job, and we are not looking for someone who simply waits for leads.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can:

- Develop strategies to increase revenue and student admissions
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates and residential societies
- Build institutional and community partnerships
- Organize Yoga Camps, Workshops and Wellness Programs
- Convert enquiries and camp participants into paying clients
- Build referral and networking opportunities
- Manage follow-ups and the complete sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities
- Represent Astha Yogpeeth professionally in meetings and collaborations
- Track leads, conversions, partnerships and revenue
- Take ownership of monthly growth targets

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We would love to hear from you if you have 3+ years of experience in Sales,



Business Development, Growth, Marketing or a similar role and you:
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Are confident meeting decision-makers
- Can generate leads independently
- Understand sales, follow-ups and conversions
- Are comfortable with field visits and networking
- Are proactive, target-oriented and self-motivated
- Can build long-term professional relationships
- Think like an owner, not just an employee
- Can create and execute a practical 30/60/90-day growth plan
