We’re looking for a smart, hands-on marketer who can build and run events from zero to one.

Not someone who just coordinates with vendors. Not someone who only runs ads.

We’re looking for someone who can think through the entire funnel:

Audience → Ads → Landing Page → Registration → Conversion → Event → Experience

You’ll be responsible for driving paid conferences and events end-to-end, from figuring out who should attend and how to reach them, to building the registration funnel, acquiring attendees, and finally making sure the event itself runs brilliantly.

What you’ll do

- Plan and execute paid conferences, events and experiences end-to-end
- Own attendee acquisition and registration targets
- Plan and run campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Identify the right audiences, build campaigns and continuously optimise CAC and conversion
- Create and optimise landing pages for event registrations
- Think about the entire conversion funnel — not just traffic
- Experiment with messaging, creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers to improve registrations
- Track campaign performance and make decisions based on data
- Work with designers, content teams, vendors and partners to get campaigns and events executed
- Own event logistics and execution on the ground
- Coordinate venues, production, speakers, partners, vendors and attendees
- Make sure the event experience is seamless from registration to the final session
- Analyse what worked, what didn’t and how we can make the next event bigger and better

What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, events, communities or a similar role
- Ideally,



you have actually led or owned paid events/conferences and understand the pressure of getting people to pay and show up
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfortable building or working with landing pages and conversion funnels
- Data-driven, you should know what CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR and ROAS mean and actually use them to make decisions
- Extremely hands on. You should be comfortable opening Ads Manager, looking at numbers, changing a campaign and figuring things out yourself
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you will have to figure things out rather than wait for instructions

- You’ve handled an event or conference from scratch
- You’ve managed a paid acquisition budget yourself
- You’ve worked on B2B conferences, workshops, summits or communities
- You can build basic landing pages yourself
- You understand CRM, email/WhatsApp automation and remarketing
- You have experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager or other analytics tools
- You have a good eye for marketing, creative and copy
