Job Responsibilities

- Meet customers in villages and help them apply for loans.

- Collect KYC documents and complete customer verification.

- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan processes.

- Support loan disbursement activities.

- Collect weekly loan repayments from customers.

- Follow up with customers for timely repayment.

- Resolve customer queries and provide service support.

- Participate in local marketing and customer awareness activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, or Collections.

- Knowledge of rural markets and local areas.

- Ability to read and write in the local language.

- Basic English knowledge preferred.

- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

- Willing to travel extensively in the field.

- Bike and valid driving license Mandatory.
