Our client is a global leading diversified EPC, industrial and energy group with a strong international presence, and is currently undergoing a large-scale enterprise transformation.

As part of this journey, the organisation is looking to appoint a Group Head – Digital Transformation & Technology to provide enterprise-wide technology leadership and shape the next phase of its digital and technology agenda.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a senior technology professional who has worked on large, complex transformation programmes and is excited by the opportunity to move beyond advisory / delivery and take end-to-end ownership of technology transformation within a global enterprise.

The Opportunity The organisation operates across multiple entities, businesses and geographies, with a diverse EPC, industrial and energy portfolio.

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping, driving and institutionalising this transformation agenda, while building the technology organisation required to support the Group's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the Group's Digital & Technology strategy, closely aligned with business and transformation priorities.
- Provide enterprise-level leadership for ERP transformation, including Oracle and associated enterprise applications.
- Drive technology-enabled transformation across a complex, multi-entity and multi-business environment.
- Lead initiatives around enterprise architecture, IT operating model, governance and technology standards.
- Oversee large-scale technology programmes from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
- Drive data transformation, data cleansing and master data management across the organisation.




- Identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation and technology-led productivity improvement across the business.
- Partner closely with business, engineering, finance, HR, procurement and project leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Establish greater integration and standardisation across the Group's technology landscape.
- Build and scale a high-performing technology organisation, including developing strong second-line leadership.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their application across EPC, engineering, manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the transformation office to ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a senior technology / digital transformation leader with 15 years of experience, who has successfully led complex enterprise technology programmes.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong experience in Digital Transformation / Enterprise Technology / IT Strategy.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation, preferably with Oracle or similar enterprise platforms.
- Robust understanding of enterprise architecture, technology governance and IT operating models.
- Experience managing complex technology landscapes across multiple business units / geographies.
- Strong exposure to data, integration and master data management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong track record of building and developing technology teams and leadership capability.
- A strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on transformation execution.
