Group Finance Manager

Location: Hyderabad

✅About the Role :

India's Leading Aluminum Engineering company which has a diversified manufacturing facilities with multiple production units, looking for a seasoned and strategic Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across all group companies. The role requires a robust finance leader who can drive financial discipline, profitability, compliance, treasury management, and strategic business planning while supporting the organization's growth.

✅Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function across all Group companies.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Strengthen financial controls, systems, and standard operating procedures.




- Evaluate capital investments and support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across multiple manufacturing units.
- Support ERP implementation and finance process automation.

✅Qualification: MBA in Finance (Mandatory).

Additional professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting will be an advantage.

✅Experience:

15–20 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Must have worked in manufacturing or engineering industries.

Experience in handling finance for multiple business units or group companies is preferred.

✅Age : 45–55 years
