CTC: 2.4 to 3.0 LPA(15% salary will be variable linked to KPIs)

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or any related discipline.
- ITI/Diploma or certification in Retail, Packaging, Food Technology, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years in grocery retail, supermarkets, food retail, FMCG, packaging operations, or procurement.

Position Summary The Grocery Procurement, Packaging cum Customer care Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of grocery products, maintaining attractive and hygienic packaging standards, supporting retail sales, assisting customers, coordinating home delivery orders, and ensuring excellent store presentation. This is a multi-functional role requiring robust operational skills, attention to detail,



and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

A. Grocery Procurement

- Procure grocery and FMCG products from approved vendors and distributors.
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions based on demand forecasts.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Source new products and brands based on customer demand and market trends.
- Ensure timely receipt of goods and verify quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the central warehouse for stock replenishment.

B. Product Packaging & Labelling

- Pack grocery, fresh produce, dry fruits, spices, pulses, and value-added products as per Organelle Farms' quality standards.
- Ensure proper weighing, sealing, labeling, barcode tagging, and batch coding.
- Verify packaging quality, hygiene, and product freshness before display.
- Maintain packaging material inventory (pouches, trays, labels, cartons, etc.).
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices during packaging.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI labeling and food safety guidelines.
- Prepare gift hampers, festive packs,



and promotional packaging as required.
- Minimize packaging wastage and optimize material usage.

C. Customer care Service

- Handle Operational calls to existing home delivery customers.
- Explain product features, nutritional benefits, and promotional offers.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product returns professionally.
- Promote loyalty programs and membership benefits.

D. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock availability and shelf replenishment.
- Conduct daily stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry products.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and expiry-related wastage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/POS systems.
- Support periodic stock audits.

E. Home Delivery Coordination

- Process customer orders received through walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Coordinate order picking, packaging, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with delivery executives to meet delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer delivery-related issues promptly.
