Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grinding machines as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters, tools and grinding wheels.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
- Perform machine loading, unloading and proper component clamping.
- Follow quality, safety and 5S standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and report machine issues to the maintenance team.
