? Hiring | GRC Team Lead – Information Security & Data Privacy

? Location: Kizhakkambalam, Ernakulam, Kerala

? Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a hands-on GRC leader with strong expertise in ISO/IEC 27001:2022, DPDPA 2023, Information Security Risk & Data Privacy.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ISO 27001:2022 ISMS implementation & governance
- Conduct internal audits & manage external certification audits
- Drive risk assessments, risk treatment & ISO 27005 activities
- Manage Annex A controls mapping & Statement of Applicability (SoA)
- Lead DPDPA 2023 implementation, DPIAs & RoPA
- Manage NCR/CAPA and audit findings through closure
- Develop and govern security & privacy policies
- Lead and mentor the GRC team
- Manage client & senior stakeholder engagements

⭐ Mandatory / Strongly Preferred Certifications:





ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementer | Lead Auditor | DPDPA/Data Privacy certifications

PECB / BSI / equivalent accredited certifications preferred

➕ Positive to Have: SOC 2 | PCI DSS v4.0 | GDPR | CISM | CISSP | CRISC | CISA | IAPP CIPM/CIPP

? Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently implement an ISMS, lead audits, manage risks, implement privacy controls, handle clients, and lead a GRC team — not limited to documentation or audit coordination.
