About the Role

AWT is looking for a creative and motivated Graphics Design & Video Editing Intern to join our Creative & Digital Marketing team.

You will work on real-world projects for AWT, VenueVo and selected client brands, creating social media creatives, promotional graphics, videos, Reels, motion graphics, advertisements and digital marketing content.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build strong practical experience in graphic design, video editing, branding, digital marketing and AI-assisted creative production.

Key Responsibilities

Create social media posts, carousels and promotional creatives.

Design banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers and marketing materials.

Create website and product promotional graphics.

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and short-form content.

Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music and sound effects.

Create basic motion graphics and logo animations.

Produce promotional and product videos.

Repurpose existing content into multiple social-media formats.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Support AWT and VenueVo marketing campaigns.

Use AI tools to assist with image, video and content production.

Work with the marketing and development teams to convert ideas into visual content.

Take feedback and complete revisions within deadlines.

Organize design files, source files and final exports professionally.

Required Skills

Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals.

Good visual sense and creativity.

Basic knowledge of typography, colour and composition.

Basic video editing skills.





Ability to create qualified social-media content.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Tools

Graphics: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut

Knowledge of AI creative tools, motion graphics, photography, videography or 3D design will be an advantage.
